Overview

Contemporary leaders need to be clear about whether they are providing the type of leadership that is required. They are purpose driven, curious and work to improve the way they influence their teams through their actions and communications.

This leadership development course helps you build the capability to achieve results and become a leader who is relevant, contemporary and reliable.

You will be provided with a report based on the results of a behaviour questionnaire and will explore the outcomes during the course.

This course is suitable for leaders, managers and coordinators at all levels who are seeking to understand how to lead and influence others in a more effective way and achieve improved results for their organisation.

Content

Before the course, you will complete a behaviour questionnaire and then examine the outcomes of this during the course. This enables you to identify how others see you in your leadership role and examine ways to improve others' perceptions of you.

You will also have access to optional one-on-one coaching sessions with one of the course facilitators (3 x 1 hour sessions).

  • Creating an ethical foundation
