Participants must attend the
Applied Project Management program. Upon completion of the program you will be asked to prepare a presentation for an executive briefing on how each of the nine units of competency in the Diploma of Project Management have been applied within your workplace (you will be provided with a guiding document).
The presentation is to be delivered during the
Project Management in Action program and will form the basis for the assignment you will submit for assessment. You also have the option to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Enrolment:
Step 1: Complete Application Form
Download the Information Kit and complete the Application Form to register onto the qualification. Mail, fax or email signed Application Form to AIM.
Step 2: Enrol on each individual program in your qualification
You will need to enrol on each of the programs that form part of your qualification individually, as each will have a various dates for you to choose from.
a. Enrol using Enrolment Form
- Fill in the Enrolment Form included in the Information Kit and send or fax back to AIM.

b. Enrol Online
- Select the first program below and choose your preferred date, click Book Now
- Add yourself or Add Attendee to the program
- Click on Add Program to continue adding all modules for your qualification
- Once all programs have been added you can continue to the Checkout.
