If you have little or no experience or knowledge in managing projects, attend the Project Management Fundamentals program and then the Applied Project Management program.
If you have consistent experience and knowledge in managing projects and oversee medium sized projects then attend the Applied Project Management program only. The Assessment for the Certificate IV qualification includes knowledge questions, post-program submission and comparison of two completed projects that the participant is involved with.
Enrolment:
Step 1: Complete Application Form
Download the Information Kit and complete the Application Form to register onto the qualification. Mail, fax or email signed Application Form to AIM.
Step 2: Enrol on each individual program in your qualification
You will need to enrol on each of the programs that form part of your qualification individually, as each will have a various dates for you to choose from.
a. Enrol using Enrolment Form
- Fill in the Enrolment Form included in the Information Kit and send or fax back to AIM.
OR
b. Enrol Online
- Click on the program number below and choose your preferred date, click Book Now
- Add yourself or Add Attendee to the program
- Click on Add Program to continue adding all modules for your qualification
- Once all programs have been added you can continue to the Checkout.
