Certificate IV in Human Resources 2012

Qualification Overview:
Many people work within human resource management without formal qualifications in the field. This highly practical Certificate IV level qualification exposes participants to a wide range of areas that will increase their capacity to make an impact in their organisation from a, HR role.

Designed for:
Human resource managers or officers, administration staff responsible for HR, or other line managers who want a comprehensive understanding of the issues surrounding human resource management.

Requirements to Receive the Certificate IV in Human Resources:
Participants are required to complete all seven programs below and successfully fulfil the requirements of the assignment tasks, or apply for skills recognition.
Skills Recognition is a process that enables those who are interested in gaining the qualification to be granted exemption from some or all training programs.

Assessment:
Participants are assessed via seven assignments, handed out at each of the programs. These assignments require participants to show their application of the learning in their own workplace.

Enrolment:

Step 1: Complete Application Form

Download the Information Kit and complete the Application Form to register onto the qualification. Mail, fax or email signed Application Form to AIM.

Step 2: Enrol on each individual program in your qualification
You will need to enrol on each of the programs that form part of your qualification individually, as each will have a various dates for you to choose from.

a. Enrol using Enrolment Form
- Fill in the Enrolment Form included in the Information Kit and send or fax back to AIM.

b. Enrol Online
- Select the first program below and choose your preferred date, click  Book Now
- Add yourself or Add Attendee to the program
- Click on Add Program to continue adding all modules for your qualification
- Once all programs have been added you can continue to the Checkout.
