609: Manage Work Priorities

Program Overview

We all agree that the increased pace of life in the workplace and home is placing mounting pressure on workers. To thrive in this environment of rapid change and conflicting priorities, it is important to recognise the choices and opportunities that change brings often requiring altering attitudes and thinking patterns.

This practical program aims to equip the participants with the skills to manage their own work priorities and plan for their own professional development in the current workplace environment.
