Program Overview

Manage human resource services covers the areas of resource service, managing information systems, workforce planning, the process of recruitment, selection and induction, remuneration and employee benefits. The proper management of these areas is essential for any organisation to effectively meet the requirements of both the organisation and its employees, and to ensure the smooth running of any operation, whilst providing a safe and equitable workplace for all involved.
