Registration and Fees
Program fees are due 7 days prior to the commencement of the program. Please send payment with this enrolment form or make payment online with credit card at www.aimwa.com.

All registrations are confirmed in writing before the program starts. Confirmation letters are sent out two (2) weeks prior to the program commencement date. Incase of late registration, confirmation will be phoned, emailed or faxed through to the nominated person.
Please also note:
1. If your employer has paid for this training program, it is a condition of your enrolment that AIMWA may disclose details of your attendance and assessment to your employer.
2. AIMWA will not otherwise disclose your personal information to other individuals or organisations except in accordance with the AIMWA Privacy Policy
3. If an organisation representative has booked you on the program, the organisation warrants that it has obtained your consent to disclose your personal information to AIMWA and for AIMWA to disclose details of your attendance and assessment.
Training Vouchers
- AIM training vouchers being used by Corporate Members, must be sent to the Institute at the time of enrolment to receive the discount.
- The training vouchers may be used for up to 50% of the open program fee and may not be spilt into amounts of less than the voucher value.
- The training vouchers may not be used to pay Assessment and RPL Fees.
- The training vouchers may not be used with any other offer.
- The use of training vouchers is not available on some programs.
Cancellation and Transfer Fees
Cancellation Fee
- If a cancellation is received less than ten (10) working days prior to the commencement of the program a $150.00 (inclusive of GST) administration fee will be incurred. However, if cancellation is received less than two (2) working days prior to the start of the program, or the participant fails to turn up on the day of the program, the full fee will be charged.
- For residential programs: if cancellations are received less than Fourteen (14) working days prior to the commencement of the program, the full fee will be charged.
Transfer Fee
- If you wish to transfer to another program or date, notification is required TWO (2) working days prior to the start of the program or a 50% fee will be incurred. If notification is recieved Three to Ten (3-10) full working days prior to the program, $150.00 (inclusive of GST) fee will be incurred.
Substitute another Participant
- Substitutions can be made and no fee will be incurred. Please advise promptly of name change.
If AIM Cancel a Program
- In the event a program is cancelled by AIM all participants will be notified and a full refund of the program fee will be offered. Alternatively, participants will be offered a place on the next available program.
AIM Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- AIM Open Training programs are GST free, however, GST applies to the catering component and is included in the fee.
- The AIM•UWA Executive Education programs are subject to GST.
